What to Expect
Retreat
Spend 8 days and 7 nights in the Scottish Highlands. Enjoy daily yoga, onsite activities, a group outing, and ample time for rest, relaxation, and connection.
Accommodations
Choose from one of 8 rooms in Alladale Lodge or one of 3 rooms in Eagle's Crag. Single and double occupancy rooms are available and all come with an ensuite bathroom, unless otherwise noted. You also have the use of property facilities: gym, sauna, snooker room, pickleball court, therapy rooms
Sustenance
- Full catering by in-house private chefs, including all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
- Teas, coffees, fruit juices, fresh fruit, snacks, smoothies
- Selection of wines and beer included
Travel
Fly into the Inverness Airport (INV). Alladale is approximately an hour away. Transportation to the retreat center is NOT included. The retreat center can help to organize transport. One way transportation to/from the reserve is approximately £150 per 8-seater V-class.
