What to Expect
Retreat
Spend 7 days and 6 nights in St. Eustatius. You will have 1-2 yoga classes with Morgan each day, followed by groups activities, time to relax, or opportunity to explore.
Accommodations
Stay in a ground level ocean view room that is comfortable and spacious with the right touch of elegance. Enjoy 40 sq meter | 130 sq feet of privacy, stunning ocean views and all the details and amenities that make one feel at home. Upgraded rooms available.
Sustenance
Included is breakfast and 2 course dinner with one alcoholic house drink at one of their two onsite restaurants.
Travel
Transfers from the St. Eustatius airport or seaport to the hotel are included.
Fly into St. Maarten (SXM) and take a hopper flight to St,. Eustatius (EUX) or fly into St. Kitts (SKB) and take a charter boat (approximately $182 and company name and information will be provided) to St. Eustatius.
If flying from more remote airports (like ELP), it is recommended to fly into Miami and spend the night to take the morning flight to St. Kitts. We are happy to answer any questions.
Activities
The following activities are included within this retreat:
Hiking the Quill
Experience the breath taking beauty of St. Eustatius during a guided hike up the island's dormant volcano, the Quill, where you can explore unique flora and fauna within the crater, or enjoy panoramic views from the summit. Boven National Park, although only 2 miles away, is very different. Cacti and Acacia bushes cover rocky outcrops and open grassland, and several trails snake through valleys and along ridges bringing you to secluded bays and viewpoints.
Historical Tour of the Island
Explore St. Eustatius by vehicle and discover the island's rich history as a trading hub in the sixteen and seventeen hundreds, and its role in early American independence, making the island a fascinating destination for history enthusiasts and tourists interested in the Caribbean's colonial past. During your tour you will explore the island from White Wall, located behind the resort at the foot of the Quill, through Oranjestad, all the way to Boven National Park and Zeelandia Beach where you might be lucky enough to find nestling turtles depending on the time of year.
Sunset Boat Cruise
Take in the changing colours of the Caribbean sky as you watch the sunset on the horizon onboard our sunset cruise. You can also take to the water and snorkel with our underwater friends, turtle watch, have a few drinks and relax in good company.
Stargazing
Stargazing in St. Eustatius offers a captivating celestial experience under the serene Caribbean night sky. Participants can observe a dazzling array of stars, planets, and constellations, as the island's low light pollution enhances visibility. Guided by expert astronomer Jaap Vreeling, it's an enchanting opportunity to connect with the universe's wonders in a tranquil, unspoiled setting.
Snorkeling
Complimentary shuttles to a snorkeling area and beach bar with sandy beach. Bring your own snorkeling gear or rent it for $15.
